To ensure transparency and provide benefits to our generous donors, the Trustees have formally initiated the application process for registration under Sections 12AB and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Once approved, this will allow all financial contributions made to the Shiva Shakti Charitable Trust to be eligible for tax deductions. This step reinforces our commitment to rigorous financial compliance and accountability. We expect the provisional registration to be granted within the next few months, after which we will update our supporters.
